We’ve all been there. Here’s what you need to know:
Arrive 15 minutes before your first class.
Bring tennis shoes or cycle shoes and a water bottle.
A certified instructor will help adjust your bike settings and walk through form and safety tips.
We ride with Keiser M3i bikes for comfort and peak performance, similar to a real road bike experience.
Expect a ton of encouragement from the instructors and students.
A combination of sprints and climbs are included in most formats.
Be prepared to sweat! Sweat towels are provided.
It is okay to take a break during class if you need to.
The music selection is always different, fun and upbeat. Don’t hesitate to make song requests for next time!
