POWER PEDAL - LEVEL I

Centered around community, our Power Pedal Level I is a great format for new indoor cyclists or if you haven’t cycled in a while. This class is 30 minutes in length, and filled with high energy and support. Certified instructors will walk through bike settings, features, form and more. See the class breakout below:

  • Warm up: 3 - 4 minutes

  • Cycle: 18 - 20 minutes

  • Cool down: 2 - 3 minutes

  • Stretch: 4 - 5 minutes

POWER PEDAL - LEVEL II

Power Pedal Level II is our signature cycling format leaving you drenched in sweat and feeling totally accomplished - trust! This class is 45 minutes in length and a great start or end to any day. Certified instructors will walk through bike settings, features, form and more. Get ready to take on the world one pedal at a time. See the class breakout below:

  • Warm up: 4 - 5 minutes

  • Cycle: 30 - 35 minutes

  • Cool down: 3 minutes

  • Stretch: 4 - 5 minutes

CYCLE FLOW

Another perfect split format. Cycle Flow starts with 25 minutes on the bike, followed by 15 minutes of our signature yoga flow. You will start this class with an intense ride and leave feeling relaxed, rejuvenated and ready to tackle the next thing. See the class breakout below:

  • Warm up: 2 - 3 minutes

  • Cycle: 20 minutes

  • Cool down: 1 - 2 minutes

  • Yoga: 20 minutes

CYCLE CIRQUE

Say hello to a complete body workout. Cycle Cirque is a split format that begins with 25 minutes on the bike, and ends with 15 minutes of mat work and strength training. Each workout is carefully selected to build on particular muscle groups. See the class breakout below:

  • Warm up: 2 - 3 minutes

  • Cycle: 20 minutes

  • Cool down: 1 - 2 minutes

  • Strength: 12 - 15 minutes

  • Stretch: 4 - 5 minutes
