Centered around community, our signature Power Cycle class will leave you drenched in sweat and feeling totally accomplished. This class is 45 minutes and a great start or end to any day. Get ready to take on the world one pedal at a time.
Say hello to a complete body workout. Cycle Cirque is a split format that begins with 25 minutes on the bike, and ends with 15 minutes of mat work and strength training. Each workout is carefully selected to build on particular muscle groups.
Another perfect split format. Cycle Flow starts with 25 minutes on the bike, followed by 15 minutes of our signature yoga flow. You will start this class with an intense ride and leave feeling relaxed, rejuvenated and ready to tackle the next thing.
Lunch hours are tight - we get it. But we won’t let that be a reason you can’t get your sweat on! Stop in over lunch for 30 minutes of our intense Power Pedal class incorporating the same techniques as Power Cycle, but in a condensed time frame. You’ll be glad you did!
